Silhouette’s fine grain structure and high coefficient of thermal expansion allow it
to be fired on a wide range of alloys. The CTE for Silhouette® is 13.5 - 13.9 (25°C - 500°C); the acceptable CTE range for alloys is 14.1-15.1 (25°C - 500°C). Due to its non-greening formula, Silhouette® is an excellent choice when using silver containing alloys.
