Die Eez® Die Lubricant

The textbook die lubricant. Recommended for all types of dies. Flows smoothly, covering any type of surface.
Contains no mineral oil. Forms a uniform thin film never losing detail or fit, and is especially important in deep critical areas. Does not dissolve or distort wax. Carries away surface contamination when rinsed off with water. May be painted on, sprayed or dipped. Compatible with all Die Spacers.
Die Epoxy Type 8000

ACCURACY - SUPERIOR HARDNESS - EASY TO READ MARGINS

SIMPLIFY YOUR PORCELAIN WORK AND PROTECT YOUR DIES

Creates a smooth, releasing surface for intricate direct porcelain build-up on stone dies. Burns out clean and will not cause discoloration. Refill items available separately: 4 oz., 8 oz., pint and quart. Kit contains 1 oz. Die Sealer, 1 oz. Porcelain Separator, and 1 oz. Thinner.

STEP 1: SEALING

Die Sealer closes the open pores of stone dies. Protects dies from chipping or breaking. Provides a hard, smooth working surface without distorting margins.

STEP 2: PORCELAIN SEPARATOR

Porcelain Separator releases porcelain from sealed dies. Eliminates the need for messy tissue paper which causes the porcelain to dry out.

Lubricates stone, metal, plastic or porcelain dies. Water soluble - use on wet or dry stone. Separates wax patterns from all types of dental dies. Not recommended for lacquer die spacers.

NO TIME TO WAIT? PLASTICAL® CURES HARD IN 15 MINUTES! 3 X STRONGER THAN STONE. A low viscosity liquid plastic, that cures from liquid to an extremely hard plastic model in just three minutes. Plastical® is 3X stronger than stone and may be demolded and worked on in 15 minutes. No detectable shrinkage, smell or gumming of burs. Plastical® renders small details perfectly and precisely.
