Lab® Universal Clear Glaze Enamel - 4 oz. Powder only refill.

LAB Universal Clear Glaze Enamel is not a typical porcelain glaze powder.

It is a "glazing" dental ceramic enamel which produces an illusion of "depth and naturalness" when fired on all the popular porcelain systems.

It eliminates the grey effect sometimes seen with other glaze powders yet does not reduce the value.

Mix enamel powder and liquid media to a thin watery consistency.

Do not pre-mix glaze, but mix only as needed.

Be sure to use only the LAB Liquid Media for best results.

Lab® Universal Clear Glaze Enamel available kits or refills in 1/2 oz. and 4 oz. sizes.

Quantity: 4 oz. Powder refill only

Clear Glaze Enamel Instructions

LAB Universal Clear Glazing Enamel is not a typical porcelain glaze powder. It is a “glazing” dental ceramic enamel which produces an illusion of “depth and naturalness” when fired on all the popular porcelain systems. It eliminates the grey effect sometimes seen with other glaze powders yet does not reduce the value.

Mixing Instructions:

Mix enamel powder and liquid media to a thin consistency. Do not pre-mix glaze, but mix only as needed. Be sure to use only the LAB Liquid Media for best results.

Application:

Apply a very thin layer mesially-distally rather than vertically with a brush. The resulting “brush marks” will flow upon firing, developing subtle undulations enhancing the anatomy. Caution: Do not allow the glaze enamel to contact the metal surface and make sure the brush is clean prior to use.

Staining:

Add 10%-15% of this Enamel to the stain mixture and apply one coat, fire to the recommended temperature and glazing will result.
