Orders under $35.00 will be charge $5.00 service fee.
Handling Charge: 3%
Hazard fee: $25.00 per box, only on alcohol gallons.

Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are shipped via UPS Ground Pre-Paid.

NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA AIR. THAT INCLUDES NEXT DAY, SECONDARY, & THIRD DAY SELECT SHIPMENTS.

Claims

No returns without prior authorization. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Credit will be issued on return of merchandise subject to inspection, less restocking charges. Claims for shipping damage should be brought to the attention of your shipper.

Warranty

American Dental Supply, Inc. makes no warranty of merchantability or any other warranty expressed or implied dealing with the use or handling of these products. We do not assume any risk resulting from improper use of handling of the products whether alone or in combination with other products.
